High Anxiety….
I’ve been suffering a little lately with anxiety, worries and beginning to feel the pressures of life. Relaxing (well trying to), sleeping for more than 5 hours a night (well trying to) planning and adding structure to my day are all beginning to help. I also came across this quote and it made me smile. Because he’s right.
